Gold and Silver at the end of the year
Preparing a road show traveling through 22 countries and also constructing fifteen sets of pavilions, which are to be installed and dismantled 80 times while on the road, is quite a feat indeed. This is the reason why the FAMAB jury awarded the project the ADAM Gold Award describing the pavilion as a smart solution that was not only magnificent on account of its modularity, versatility and high quality, but also because it is extremely sustainable, and can be used again and again. The idea to hold a road show to launch the new Mercedes A-Class model was developed by Liganova; NUSSLI was responsible for implementing the project.
NUSSLI also received an award for planning and installing the largest arena in the Alps – the finish stadium capable of holding 30,000 spectators for the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup 2013 in Schladming. The project won the ISEM Silber Award in the Event Overlay and Facilities category.
Further awards: The pavilion SEAT Cube Project impressed the jury of the EMPORIA awards so much that it was honored with the EMPORIA Oro in the category „mejor diseño o sistema de carpa y estructura móvil”. The project exhibition booth Carrera y Carrery at the world watch and juwellery show Baselworld 2013 was awarded the Premio Emporio Plata for the best stand design.
The Beatbox - Coca Cola's musical sponsor pavilion in the Olympic park - wasn't just a crowd-puller at the 2012 Olympic Games. It recently won the Event Design Award in the category Best Brand Pavilion. After the jury had made its rating, the Beatbox gave visitors an all-round brand experience, fulfilling all criteria in terms of overall presentation; from structure, creativity and the materials employed to media use.
