Minergie-P House, Huettwilen
The first certificated, three-storey Minergie-P house was erected in three months in Huettwilen in the Swiss canton of Thurgau. The NUSSLI carpenters were responsible for planning, production and assembly of the wooden structure. The wall elements are comprised of three-ply panels, isolation, soft fiberboard, back-ventilation, and horizontally overlapping outer facing. NUSSLI also installed the roof, which is covered in Eternit slate. Gluing the various elements means that the shell of the building is totally airtight.
