Specifications for 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany
Our general planning staff together with accomplished partners drew up the specifications for the overlay works for all twelve World Cup stadia. NUSSLI collected all requirements from a number of meetings with FIFA together with the twelve departments of the Local Organizing Committee. Within three months this information was turned into detailed technical specifications.
Besides the temporary infrastructures, the requirements in terms of extra power supply, IT and communication capacities, building systems as well as cleaning and waste management were defined down to the last details. The documentation formed the basis for the tender process handled by the stadia. It served also as a quality control during and after the works.
