Yooji’s Sushi Restaurant, Zurich
Yooji’s is a Japanese restaurant in Zurich which is painted in vibrant colours. The counter and the tables are made of bamboo and give the restaurant a Japanese look. The 30 running meter long counter is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Guests can place orders directly from their seats via the flat screen. The ordered menu will be delivered directly to their tables via a kind of conveyor belt.
The restaurant is divided into three areas: the main restaurant with the innovative conveyor-belt system is located on the ground floor, the sushi bar is located on the first floor and the take-away area is located in the exit area. Sushi and freshly prepared salads are available for take-away.
